Gyana Consultancy has Study PG in the UK foregathered with BAPIO Training Academy(BTA), Health Education England (HEE), General Medical Council (GMC), Royal College of Physicians Edinburgh, NHS trusts.

Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom(MRCP), Membership of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine(MRCEM), Fellowship of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine(FRCEM), and BAPIO Training Academy(BTA) are recognized Sponsorship organizations for GMC.

For the undergraduate students, Professional and Linguistic Assessments Board(PLAB) coaching begins once they reach the third year in their graduation course. The PLAB test has been divided into two different parts. The first part includes a written examination with 180 questions that need to be answered within three hours. The second part is an objective structured clinical exam that has 18 scenarios that reflect real-life settings.

The University of South Wales, UK / University of Gibraltar, British Overseas Territory awards MBA degrees to the students. Students in medical colleges that have collaborated with Gyana Consultancy will get the opportunity to move forward towards their clinical rotation.

The authorized organizations will facilitate other diploma or degree courses at the graduate and postgraduate levels for medical students in UK universities.

The students are tested for their skills, knowledge, and behavior as the personnel of the medical field. If the overall knowledge of the student is found to be satisfactory then the MRCP, MRCGP, MRCPCH, MRCEM, MRCS are the qualifications granted by the Royal College of Physicians/General Practitioners/ Pediatrics/ Emergency Medicine/ Surgeons of UK respectively. The medical graduates with required qualifications belonging to the underdeveloped countries can avail the opportunity to further enhance their skills by going through further training in the publicly funded healthcare system National Health Service(NHS).

Junior Clinical Fellows

  • At every hospital and institute that has collaborated with Gyana Consultancy, the trainees will be provided with quality training to qualify for the MRCP, MRCGP (Integrated Medicine), MRCPCH, MRCS, and MRCEM. The students are also registered to pursue MBA in Health care from one of the premier and leading universities in the UK. After the completion of the first part of the Royal College Exams, BTA recommends the application of the student for General Medical Council registration

Senior Clinical Fellows

  • At every hospital and It is a fast-track program for doctors holding post-graduate qualifications in various specialties. Medical personnel belonging to Central Asia or from India seeking further National Health Service experience can get selected if they have relevant post-graduate training and a minimum of 3-year clinical experience. The employment and training opportunities offered to these doctors will be the same for the local trainees. The employers will take complete charge of the visa, relocation, induction program, compulsory training, and supervision to support the international trainees.
  • The introduction of NHS and appropriate training will be provided to the students to adhere to General Medical Council competencies.
  • Once the period of training is completed, the college or local postgraduate deanery will provide a certificate of satisfactory progress and completion of the Fellowship. Regular appraisals to the international trainees will be provided. Every international trainee will profit from a trainer for the span of their preparation.

PLAB

Royal College Degree Training

  • The medical graduates who have enrolled for MRCP or other royal college degrees and are in association with Gyana Consultancy will get the opportunity of royal college degree training regardless of whether they have received UK job placement or not.

Management Courses

  • The students or fellows along with the clinical training will be enrolled in other healthcare and management courses that are affiliated with UK universities.

Eligibility Criteria for NHS placement:

The candidates/fellows need to be trained at medical colleges/institutes that are authorized and/or registered in the following bodies:

  • Educational Commission For Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG)
  • WHO Listed

Recruitment Process

  • NHS employers will give suitable senior training positions in relevant specialties after the successful completion of specialty examinations.
  • Job specifications will meet with those of trainees in numbered posts. It will accommodate all the clinical, managerial, and educational, and assessment features required of training doctors.
  • The candidate will be responsible for applying to GMC registration through routine processes. When the invitation for an identity check will be given to candidates from the GMC, they can apply for a visa. The successful candidates will be sponsored for VISAs. Gyana Consultancy will arrange an induction period once the VISA has been obtained. Advice regarding the cultural differences and different aspects of working in the NHS will be given.
